    Kevin Creel

I thought we should move Kevin out of Emergency Requests, and over here to "Who are the contacts?"

Unless, of course, he has another fire - we'll cross our fingers that doesn't happen!!!

I'll link the old thread to this one...

    Hey Everyone!

Thanks so much for all your kinds words after my re-enlistment!  You guys are awesome!

The weather is turning colder (some folks are actually wearing their coats and polypro undies!), and we finally started getting some rain.  It rained so hard a few nights ago that we thought we were under attack!  It's only a matter of time before the mud comes back...

Is everyone ready for the holidays?  For us, the best part is, by the time the holidays are over, we'll be packed and ready to come home! Big Smile  Woo-hoo!!

    Take care and Merry Christmas!

    Kevin

    Kevin,

Just like we'll never really know what it means to you, you'll never know what it means to us to be able to communicate with you. It's nothing short of amazing that you find the time to keep in touch like this!!! We KNOW you're busy!!

As an Army mom myself, these communications are one of the things that are helping me through this time. It's been so important for me to communicate with and read about other men and women who are serving side by side with my two sons. It is so comforting to know the quality of people who "have their backs"!!!

Thank you so much for all your doing to protect our country and our freedoms. Thank you for your continuing commitment. You make us proud each day!!!

Now, hugs from an Army mom!!! Stay safe and God bless!!

    Reta

    Kevin,

Here's the BIG question -- do you take the post cards home or leave therm for the "next guy"?  Are they up on all your walls?  And, if so, could we have a picture?  (If you already did that, forgive me, but I missed it.)

I'm DEFINITELY taking them home with me!  I've told everyone back home how awesome you guys are, and they're all waiting to see the collection!

Don't worry, though, I'm going to take some pictures first!

We've still got about 60 days, so there's still time to mail some in!

    Hi Kevin,

I was just reading your new post and I think the numbers got messed up on your count.  In November you had 61 cards from California and now you only have 5.  Is someone swiping your postcards and taking your glory?

Congratulations on your re-enlistment.  Six years?  How long have you served already?
