What I would like is a page with some kind of headings. That way all my pages would be uniform. 

I would like a page with horizontal boxes or columns with :Needs/ Wants/Sent  and a vertical column with common items they ask for and some of the more unique items they ask for on a somewhat regular basis toward the bottom of it like: golf items/ hair trimmers/poker items/cigars,etc.

At the top I would like a place for the banch they are serving in first, then name, address, expected end date and so forth.

There could actually be two pages - one for warm weather items and one for cold weather items.

 Do you get my drift?

Cat, do you have a spreadsheet program?   I created something similar to what you are talking about (at least I think it's what you mean) in an Excel spreadsheet.  It's set up like what some of the other folks call a quick look reference, I guess.  The columns I put into it are for the name, branch, location, zip code, date they first posted, projected end date, and numbers represented.  Beside that I put the dates I sent something to them and code it as a large or small package or a letter.  It's easy because I just fill in the box on my computer.  I keep track of what they are requesting on another page in a notebook I lug around with me.  Anyway, you could set up a spreadsheet to hold whatever info you want to, and personalize it to your needs.

You aren't wanting something that is automatically filled in for you by the website, are you?  I think Marty said that would be a complicated and/or time-consuming process.  I'm not as computer savvy as some, but I make a mean spreadsheet.

That sounds like what I'm looking for but I am so old I don't know HOW to make a page like that!

Do you have a spreadsheet program on your computer?  Excel is the one I have and it is TERRIFIC.  If you have the program, I can talk you through using it if you don't have a resident computer geek.  I am far from being a techno whiz, but I work with spreadsheets all the time and I'd be glad to help you if I'm able.
