The K-Mart's in my area are clearing out all the "Official US Postal" supplies they gave--including sealing tape, bubble wrapped envelopes and boxes. I was able to get 55-yd heavy duty sealing tape for 54 cents, CD sized buble envelopes for 10 cents, 9 x 12 bubble envelopes for 16 cents, 12 x 10 x 8 boxes for 26 cents and 28 yd "security tape" for 47 cents. It may be annoying to buy boxes but they're very MUCH sturdier than the ones you can usually buy at Wahlgreen's, Target etc. Don't try the Kmart in Mantua NJ; I bought out all the tape :-)
