Anysoldier.com needs our help!

I would like to suggest that all the members on this forum donate $5 each for November and December to Anysoldier.com.

We junkies, will go into withdrawal if this site collapses because of lack of support. I think this would be a great gift to Marty and his family and most of us can at least afford to do that much for the Horn family that has given so much already.

This web site exists on YOUR donations. We keep to the policy of not selling addresses so those with limited means may still use our services. However, far too many users are ignoring the fact that THIS SITE IS NOT FREE.

For example, on 2 November 2007, 654 people requested addresses from this site.
We got 3 donations. If this continues, we can't.

i saw that last night when i was requesting an address & was Tongue Tied ..sending a check tomorrow..i also sent the link to my address book...with a "don't be the scrooge, people!" included.

I'm going to do $5 right now for November.

My birthday is in December, so I'm going to donate $1 for each year I've been lucky enough to be alive and well. (btw, that's $36...) Cake

I am going to set up an automatic payment through my bank, otherwise I forget and this way anysoldier.com will get the full amount and I also will save a stamp. Every 41 cents counts.

Thanks everyone. I hope more will see this. There are over 1,000 members on the forum now and if everyone did this, I am sure it would help a lot.

I'm a December baby (well, I'm not much of a baby anymore but....) Although I donate on a montly basis via an autopay, I'll jump on this bandwagon with an extra donation equivilant to my age (sorry, ladies don't reveal their age once they hit my age). Wink

Hi Mary,

If you have banking online with bill pay then you can set up an automatic payment. Go to your banks website and check it out. Most banks have bill pay online.

I'm three weeks before Cmas (12/4)... I have a cat born on 12/20 - does that count? LOL

(I've set up my "bonus" donation to arrive on my bday - my normal donations go out the 30th of each month)
