I know everyone is all busy with Christmas mailings and all but before you know it, it will be January and we'll all be looking for something to do again so I thought I'd start this thread up again! 

One of my favorite Any Soldier items is the Any Soldier heart pin - until I lose one!  Just lost the first one I ever bought.  Not that I get attached or anything like that.  Any chance we could get an Any Soldier heart pin with:

1.  An Any Soldier heart pendant - a loop on the back of the current model to be able to hang it on a chain in addition to using it as a pin - I have sevaral pins like this already - can be worn as a pin or a pendant.

2.  how about a model with a watch chain on it so we can pin it on our purse, attach the chain to the purse handle and when it gets pulled off the purse it will remain attached with the chain!

(Well, I do have more and I'm sure will buy more but that's not really the point.)

These kinds of models would make really nice gifts too.

Of course this is long term thinking - for the future - I'm still happy over the mugs and  the 2008 calendar!!

How about an AnySoldier Christmas ornament for next year?  This year, I got as gifts from a soldier a Ft. Hood Christmas ornament and a hilarious ornament of Santa being driven in a Humvee by a reindeer!

A shoulder bag that has 1 zipper pouch the size of an envelope, and an open for wallet/iPod. Emroider AS on it. Tired of walking around with a man-purse.

The Christmas ornament idea got me thinking... and that can be dangerous sometimes! What about a Christmas card? AS Junkies could mail them out to their family and friends, bringing awareness and FUNDS to the site. I'd be willing to adapt a design that I had created and add the AS logo if anyone thinks that it would sell. (Of course I would be donating my services if anyone is concerned about that!)

I'm much better at art than I am writing! I'd probably leave that up to Marty and the staff to decide. There's enough time to work out the logistics though.
