Funny story about the new FRB

This is my first time ordering boxes offline and I thought it would be easier than the post office.  I ordered them last week and I must not have been paying attention when I was placing my order online.  I wanted to order about 10 of the new FRB, but it said the max you could order was 8, so I ordered 4 instead (idk why lol) So, today I am getting ready for work and I get a knock on my door and it's the mailman.  He says "Here you go, you need help bringing them in?" And I have no idea what is in these 4 HUGE boxes.  So i get then inside and I realize they are the FRB......25 in each HUGE box!!!!! So i know have 100 boxes, they are all over my living room!!!! (Apparently each package has 25 FRB in each and thats why you can only order a max of 8). So I guess I'll be stocked up for a while now!!

    Andrea25,

In case you aren't aware, your post office would likely be very happy to have one of those cartons if they are crowding you too much at this time.  Many times we have carried some boxes to them when we weren't using all the different sizes that we thought would be useful.  We ended up with a stack of FRB2s in our garage when a woman's young son ordered them like you did, only he must have ordered the maximum amount, thinking he was ordering single boxes instead of cartons, so one of the clerks offered them to us since we used a lot of them.  That must have been a year ago and we haven't used them all yet because we use more of the FRB1s.

    Hi,

Gran is absoulutely right about this (retired postal worker here), especially if the office is in a smaller town.

Sometimes, they (PO) can't even get the boxes they order, and are limited to small amounts at a time, so after recieving an order, they could run out in a week, depending on customer requests.

That's why I always order mine online, so I don't have to worry my little PO with trying to get boxes, since  I am in there constantly mailing packages (and no I don't get a discount - I wish I DID).

You have to make sure and look over the checkout page, before you complete your order.

Their website is very misleading, it will say one amount on the page you put the amount you want to order in, but when you get to the order summary, the amounts could be very different (as was the case here), from what you thought they were.

Thanks a lot for the advice, I will bring them to the PO because it would take me FOREVER to use all these boxes! And I'm sure the PO will need them. Thanks!
