I went down to a Cuban cigar store in Little Havana (Miami, FL) and explained what I wanted them for (I have no idea about cigars).  I got a great deal and now the guys at the store send 'leftovers' to soldiers requesting cigars.

Way to go, Kiwi!  Wish we could all do the same!  Good for you!

If any of you have a Bev Mo, wine an liquor store near you, check out the cigars.  Tonight they had a sign that said buy 4 cigars and get one free.  Doesn't matter  whether you get the $12 or more cigars or $1.99 ones...  Don't know if they are good or bad, but as one said "The best cigar is a free cigar," so I picked up some of the economy ones to send to see if they are liked.  At $1.59 each (based on the 1 free with 4) I'm thinking the price is pretty good.  Anyone have any experience with these?  By the way the same price was for short, medium, or long.

Thats a great deal and because they come in their own packaging they will last longer in the harsh conditions. Go for it!
