I set up an automatic debit, from my checking account, to Any Soldier, Inc. I did run into to a problem but 1 toll free phone call gave me the info to successfully accomplish it. This convenient method of bill payment works out best for me, I set it up & it just happens. I don’t ever have to think about it again, no worry about due dates, envelopes, or stamps.
I’m new to AS & have gotten addresses from you; I do want to help support such a noble effort. My humble check has been sitting here for 2 weeks because I wanted to include a letter I have yet to write. People always have their own reasons for not following through with good intentions. Failed intentions are a road to ruin. We the people need your work in order to support our troups. I never want another soldier to suffer the hurt our Viet Nam soldiers felt from the lack of support of the people. The whole country didn’t agree with the loud voice of the protestor’s. The Horn family & the internet can keep that injury from occurring again & give the people an opportunity to heal old wounds. But it won’t happen if we the people don’t financial support your web site. I thought there might be others who would be interested in something like this. It’s an easy way for supporters to make a monthly pledge of financial support.
Many humble donations can add up to a signifant figure. Hardly any one would miss $10.00 or $15.00 a month. I have no idea what it costs to keep such an elaborate web site going as Any Soldier. We get so very much from you for so little. Sharon
