Just as a friendly reminder to those sending books, you can save a lot on shipping if you ship either "Bound Printed Matter" or "Media Mail". For example, a 10-pound box shipped Priority Mail costs from $9.80 - $18.65 (depending upon if you're using a flat-rate box or not), and the cost of Media Mail is $5.38 (based upon Atlanta rates). The heavier/larger the box, the more you can save. You might think that it will get there faster with Priority Mail, but actually, once it is to the departure point in the U.S. all of it crosses the water the same way. It might be a little faster to get to the departure point, but it's not significantly different.
