    Father's Day Cards

    Hi, Junkies --

Hope all mothers everywhere enjoyed their day Smile  Time to think about Fathers Day -- It's Sunday, June 15 -- a month away.  We might want to tuck in a few Fathers Day Cards in our outgoing boxes in the next week or two, since many/most of our contacts don't have access to a well-stocked PX.

Gotta look out for the Dads!  Thanks, fellas!

    Hugs,

    --Marilyn

    Re: Father's Day Cards

    Thanks for the reminder Marilyn!

I sent out a little over 200 Mother's Day cards, but never heard back to know if they were needed. (Not anything unusual for me! LOL). I was actually able to talk the dollar store manager into selling them to me 3 for $1 instead of 2 for $1. I need to head over there tomorrow and see if she will do the same for me again.

I also try to send out patriotic decorations with Flag day always falling within a few days of Father's Day.

Thanks for the reminder about Dad's Day.

Remember July 4th, Independence Day, is not far after Flag Day.  I've already had requests for decorations for that since it is too late for Memorial Day.
