Though I haven't heard of it, the first thing I always check are the fees.  You can click HERE to see them.   I have listed them below as well.  So they charge their own fee, plus postage, plus insurance.  Also, it says that you can use ANY company and ship to them.. . but that's not 100% true.  Some companies will only ship to the billing address of the credit card.  Though I certainly think this could come in handy for some service people, depending upon the number of items you order/ship, it could also get a little expensive.  But certainly a good option for those who do not have family members who can do this for them.

To keep our prices low, we only charge an extra handling fee on packages that involve additional processing and handling by our warehouse staff such as repacking and packages that have been returned to sender.

Wow! That is pretty cool. It is the same price that I pay, but since I can track it, I'll use it. Thank you for showing us that.

By the way. . . . If there are any military guys/gals who are reading this and who are stationed around the world and need such a service every now and then.. . please email me, and I'll be happy to take care of this for you at no charge, other than whatever the shipping fees are to get the item to you.  I have a merchant account and can charge your credit/debit card and I also have PayPal.  FYI, I'm an Amazon.com prime account member, and do not pay shipping on items sold by Amazon.com itself, no matter what the cost, and it ships 2nd day air to me.   (This does not apply to other companies and individuals selling through Amazon.com)  Amazon.com will ship some items direct to APO/FPO but not all.

If you have a need, just send me an email, and will be happy to work with you.  Again, I'm not trying to make any $$ off this. . just help someone out if need be.

No.  I haven't but I wanted to pass along that the USPS.com website has the option to order APO boxes, customs forms, etc. to be sent directly to your home for filling and shipping.  There is no charge for the boxes. They will ship them to your home address free.  Postage on flat rate boxes when you mail is only $10.95.  Hope this helps.  Don't buy boxes from anyone.  The post office will give them to you free.  I ordered 25.
