Wow guys - the cards were fantastic!!  And thanks again Dawn for everything!

I already got a dozen in a box to go out today. I picked some the pink, flowery, and crafty ones for some Air force gals in Iraq. (Bonnie, I put yours in too with the story about the woman and the 6 kids - how inspiring!)  The rest will go out by the end of this week to a couple of other lucky recipients!

There were so many great cards and great ideas. I love doing these exchanges because there is such a nice variety - gives me lots of inspiration! I started handwriting in my cards last night for swap #4 but only got 3 done so far - good thing I have a while to get them done. (Since they are wildlife cards I am doing a story of an animal sighting in each one - so there will be a variety just within my cards - takes a little longer to do but it will be worth it when I am done) Next winter when the snow is deep, I will do a set of handmade ones for a later exchange. I was so inspired by all the great crafty ones I saw you other ladies make, just don't have a lot of time right now to work on anything with the garden harvesting, work, school and all the other crazy things going on in my life.

 Wow Kathryn those cards sound very inspiring~Can't wait to see them when they are done~I too have just about finished my cards for the Fall card swap and just started the Christmas ones~I am excited!!

I got my cards today, and they are wonderful!!!  All of you who make your own cards are so talented, and the items enclosed in many of the cards give them such a special touch!  I know that every contact who receives them will be touched and thrilled by all the love within them. I am writing down every one of you awesome ladies' snail mail and e-mail addresses --my Christmas card list continues to expand daily!! 

Dawn, thanks so much for your letter and the special card swap 3 souvenir!!  You did a terrific job!!!!!!!!!

Got my cards today, wow I can't believe how nice they all are.  You can tell a lot of time and effort was put into making the cards.  Thanks for letting me participate again.  I have my next batch already done, I just have to get to the post office to mail them.

Today wasn't Christmas at my house either.  I can't believe it is taking so long for priority mail.  I'll stop complaining and just let you know when they come.

Nothing here either. Ohhhhh mailmannnnnnnnn I'll bake you some brownies if you RUN with my cards please!

It's Christmas at my house! It's Christmas at my house!!

I just sat and read through all the cards, wow! You all did such a lovely job. (I jumped at the one playing the Chicken Dance, and now it's stuck in my head, can anyone help? lol!) I just love all the personal touches everyone added----thank you! My heroes thank you too....I got a request from a battalion of 500 and I wanted to send a lot of letters in the box too, and now I can!!!!

Woohoo!  Finally!  I got them and being last I can only say ditto to what every one of you have said. The love shows in them and they really have improved every time.  I guess I missed the one with the "Chicken Dance"???  Thanks Dawn for hosting the swap and for the "treasure".  I'll put it on my Christmas tree.  I only have one question?  Why do we send the same number of cards as participants?  If we aren't getting one of our own cards back, only 19 are needed and if we are getting one of our own cards, why send it back and forth through the mail?  Thanks for all your work ladies!

Hey all!  Yay!  I am soooooooooooooo glad you all finally got your cards!

Cathi - we actually had 21 in this swap - that's why we didn't get our own - except for those of you that filled two spots.  Somewhere between the time when the original thread got deleted and the new one got started I got confused - we had TWO Donna Cs!  But it all worked out!!

I'm so glad you all liked your cards.  Some people made 20 of the same card, and some people made 20 different cards, so there were some different cards in the mix.
