    Helpful groups and benefits

I wanted to start this as a place to mention resources for our soldiers and supporters who would like to have the information for their contacts.

To have a reference column especially for newbees would be a great help for all involved. Understanding that anysoldier.com is not a place to advertise other groups as I understood Marty to say we could mention them. I am not selling anything just listing a resource for soldiers.

The Iraq Afghanistan Veteran of America (IAVA) is a great source of information for our soldiers who visit here. Thanks door

    Re: Helpful groups and benefits

Hello! I wanted to post another important service brought to my attention by Heartmindsol in another location. It is a service for soldiers that some don't know about. With short deployment notice or short on money some soldiers have to give up their pets or have them put to sleep. This happens sometimes in other countries. I know of an instance in Germany where a boxer was abandoned in a cage. Please let others know about this and the site from Heartmindsol's suggestion www.guardianangelsforsoldierspet.org  Keep on keeping on.....door

    Pat and everyone Hello!

If you have any soldiers who are seeking PTSD help, I have had some feedback from a couple of people of something that helped them greatly.

It seems to be available all around the US and I think it is well worth looking into to help a soldier.

It is Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing or EMDR for short.

Look it up on You Tube to see a video of it.
