Count this Carolina junkie up for something like that. I don't usually have weekends off, I work nights at a newspaper as a copy editor. But for some bizarre reason, I have one coming up in a few weeks (now I can't remember which one, but it's late June I think).

Is Charlotte a good central location? I'd really enjoy something like this.

My name is Cindy and I am an Anysoldier.com junkie.

Cool!  Yes, Charlotte is likely to be pretty central, or maybe Columbia.  We will have to find out who wants to  come and then plot us all out on a map.

In the meantime, I have followed in the AS Junkie tradition and set up a spreadsheet to track all of us junkies.  As soon as I figure out how many Carolina junkies we have, we can talk date and location.  Give me a couple more days...

    Valeta:
You know what? I actually think AnySoldier should have its OWN MySpace page....sooooo many people look at MySpace and I'd totally add it as a "Top Friend"!

Any Soldier Inc. will have *nothing* to do with MySpace.

Won't need to anyway.  We have our own BLOG thing and Major Gary Bourland will oversee that.  Stay tuned, we ain't done yet  :)

"Any Soldier Inc. will have *nothing* to do with MySpace."

Does this mean I should revise my profile page I have on myspace?  I currently have the AnySoldier logo on my page along with the link to the site, and another organization in which I sponsor one troop.  (this was before finding AS)  Since putting the logos on my page ~ we have several new supporters that we didn't have before.  I even have a picture of two of us shopping for troops and I included a simple "Thank You" to the soldiers who now visit my site and correspond through sending me a message if they have their own account.

Someone please bring me "up to speed" on this topic.  Or is Marty just saying nothing in regards to setting up an AS page?

    Thanks in Advance ~

    Kathie

I also have the link and logo on my myspace account?

Marty does it need to be removed?
