    What she needs to do is ask if they send to APO addresses - not to Iraq.  If they send to APO addresses, APO is the city, and AE is the state, then 09316 would be the zip code.

     Hi , if you're asking what APO AE means, i think this will help you...

    AE stands for Armed Forces Europe
    APO stands for Army Post Office

    AE - Europe, Middle East. Africa. Canada
    (Zip codes beginning with 090 through 098)


    for example..

    APO, AE 09356 location is:
    Army
    Kabul, Afghanistan
    APO, AE 09356
