    Cotton Candy?

I was wondering if anyone has tried sending cotton candy? I bought some today to taste and it is really good!!! but how will or has it arrived to our guys in the past?  It is in a vacuum package.  Also, when we did alot of hiking and camping we carried alot of freeze dried stuff and one in particular was ice cream.  It is strange to think about but when you ate it, it tasted like ice cream and even made your mouth feel cold.  Has anyone ever sent that and how did it arrive.  I am concerned with both because of the condensation that could occur from the shipping to  arriving in a very warm climate.  Thanks for you advise.

I have sent quite a bit of cotton candy over the past few years. One package was a circus theme with cotton candy, circus peanuts candy (those weird spongy orange peanuts - my Dad likes em), peanuts in the shell, drink mix packets, clown noses, yo-yo's, juggling balls, a rubber chicken, and a little stuffed elephant.

The dried ice cream is good. Most of the freeze dried meals I've had camping and backpacking were not something I'd send. ha! But the ice cream was good.

It is getting warm there, so just send it out quickly and hope for the best! Or if you are really concerned just send something else that you know wont risk condensation.

btw, are you really a square dancer?

That's great! I used to go with grandparents to square dances and it was a lot of fun. Even ballroom and salsa aren't the same, since you aren't dancing with different people in a group. And some of the "callers" were very clever and funny - I remember a lot of laughing til you cried. So few opportunities like that these days. :)
