    I also got an email from SFC Hatt thanking me for the card that I sent. 

    So nice of him to take the time to email each of us.

    Music "Some days are diamonds, some days are gold" Music-  yes we received an email from SFC Hatt also this morning and a "Free Mail" in the mailbox on Saturday from Janette K.  Card swaps are the best for spreading the love around. Big Smile

    SFC Hatt's email was nice.....and that he took the time to email each of us.......He commented on the pics of Pike's Peak in Colorado and that he had been there before he left the states.   I love how these swaps are hitting more and more people.....The blank card swap will be a success too as it will give blank cards out to the groups who might not have access to them........Gotta love free mail and email from out troops....Big Smile

    Hello fellow swappers......here is a copy of an email I received from SFC HATT........guessing he thinks we are all in the same area and work on the cards together.  Big Smile    I liked what he said at the end....thanking us "LADIES" ........just wanted to share it with you all (don't have everyone's email and thought I'd post it here)
     
    Dear Ms. Anne Marie and Ladies,
          You are doing a lot for us be letting us know we are not here without support from back home. It would not be a good welcome if it were like Vietnam; A misunderstood war. For us living in a simple way here, the mail is a big pick-me-up for us to get and read. Some letters are read outloud and all are replied to. I did some postcards the other week because the box was from a company whos kids came in and sent us a small box. I like to reply to kids because I know how it felt to get some mail as a kid. Now most of my mail(my wife get) is bills. Thank you for your time and notes and keep up the good work Ladies.

     I got free mail from Nicole McKiddy.  It was a nice thank you card that was "hand stamped by Regina Davis @ stampin up.

    I got one from her too! She's part of a group that isn't CFH but one of our shippers helps the ladies get themselves a box of cards together from time to time. I let her know to pass on the good word to Regina that her cards are being used! :)

    I received a card from Nicole as well.  The card I received was made by Jill at Stampin' Up.  So nice of this service member to take the time to send each of us a card.

     I got one from Nicole too!  It was hand stamped by Julie from Stampin' Up.  This was SO nice of Nicole, to spend her free time writing to all of us. :)

    I got another piece of Free Mail with it as well, and YAY!!!

    Hey fellow card swappers,

    I heard from one of my contacts that his Marines enjoyed the cards from the 4th of July swap.  I am under the impression that most of them are not writers, but he did say one of his guys had mentioned he was going to write to the person who made his card.  Their mail is very S L O W !  If you haven't gotten a response from him, hopefully one of you will soon.

    Thanks for helping me brighten these Marines' day!  You guys are AWESOME! ! ! !
