    I found this place looking for lower cost cigarettes for a friend of mine.  Has anyone purchased cigarettes or cigars from this site

    to send to the troops?  I don't get asked for tobacco very often.  But next time I do I can probably send these.

     The EU prices look good, but if you click on US, they are more expensive than in the stores.
