    what should I do?

This morning I requested a name. Her number of requests went up so I know it went through...but I didn't get the address. I don't know what I did wrong--maybe wrong email address..I don't know.

But I don't want to request the name again because her request number will go up falsely. What should I do?

I've had this happen to me before; if you really want this person's address, all you can do is request it again and double-check your e-mail address before you hit "send." It will count as one of your "2 per day, 10 per month" requests, and bump their times requested falsely, but it's worth it to support a contact that obviously touched your heart when you read their post.

FIRST, check your spam filter/folder.  If you saw the "Address was sent" notice after you requested the address, you were sent the address.

If you are using a work email address, it might be that the company geek has us blocked...check with him/her.

Also, if using a Hotmail, Yahoo, or other free account, they can delay delivery of email for hours sometimes they are so busy...
