    Question for Cardmakers

Anyone have a suggestion on a good guoillitine cutter - I have a slide one currently and need the guiollitine (spelling?) type but haven't a clue as to what to get.

Since both A.C. and Michael's have 50% coupons this week I figured it would be a good time.  Need one that will cut both paper and stock - nothing fancy, just a cutter.  I have multiple scoring tools and rotary edge cutters already.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Re: Question for Cardmakers

     Oooh oooh me me me!

(LOL, a little overexcited since it's a question I actually have an answer for, heehee!)

My fave of all time papercutter is my Tonic Guillotine. Y'all know how many cards I've made, and I have had this thing for 2.5 yrs. It's still cutting perfectly! They don't carry it at Joanns or Michaels, but it was only $29.99 when I bought it, so it probably isn't much more than that now. Lemme find a link...

    Overstock.com

It's a little more than I'd bought it for but you might look around and see. They have one with the full 12" base but that's overkill, IMHO.

It may be a little more than the cutters you'll find in your local stores, but it's SO worth it. I was buying a new one every 6 months or less, replacing blades....ugh. Worth coughing up a little extra dough if you can!

Okay I'll go back to my little corner now :)
