Please read the posts that founder Marty Horn has written under "Emergency Requests".  This web site is operating on a shoestring (and is in debt for the first time) and Marty and family need all of us to pitch in.  We are all so grateful for the opportunity to serve through the anysoldier organization.  Let's make sure it can continue to operate!

You might want to place this message under various threads to get it out there.  We have been able to average less than $10 a month in donations for the past year, but we have no income other than social security.  Surely there are others who still have their jobs that can do better than we can.  Eating bean or rice dishes really isn't a big sacrifice when you think of the good you can do with the savings.  We clip coupons for both us and the contacts, and for our lunches when we are shopping.   That saves enough money for a small donation alone.

Count me in..donation just completed. We gotta help to keep this site operating.

 I had set up an automatic payment from my checking account.  My husband changed jobs and so I had to stop for a few weeks.  I sent a donation last week and I will begin again to send one regularly.  It is easy to do it this way, AS doesn't have to pay any fees to receive the money and I don't have to use a stamp.  This way AS gets the full amount of the donation.

We can't do automatic payments as we have times of the year that we can't donate, but we use our credit card through the AS store, and it couldn't be easier.  They send an automatic email acknowledging the donation.
