As per an article in our local newspaper, Portraits of Love is a program that is running now through Dec. 4th, where volunteer photographers take pictures of families of active overseas military personnel. Families can contact the photographers to sit for a free photograph. The idea is that they can be used as a holiday gift for the service person serving overseas.
