Is anyone else having the same problem as I am?  There have been 2 updates from adoptees and I am not receiving an email notice.

We have a problem that they can't fix.  We dropped our former email service totally, so we can't get any updates without requesting addresses with our new email, and we don't want to do that.

 On the flip side of the coin, one of my contacts updated today, and I got NINE notices that his profile had been updated....feast or famine...LOL!!

Yes, for a few months that i was getting updates, I would get from 2-4 emails for each one, but now I only receive updates for the most recent ones that we have gotten addresses for since changing our email address.  I still get more than one though.

Patriotic Lady, Same thing happened to me. Got nine emails for the same contact.

 No, I've never rec'd an email notice, even if there's an address change.  I do check the daily list of e-mails tho.

Today I got a notice of update - when I checked the name the update was dated at the beginning of January. The contact had been dropped and re-added to the list, I think. Not sure why such a long time between the update and the notice, but at least I know he's back.
