No, I don't work for em : ) I just did a refinance and the loan officer brought me a form to fill out for $300 to any charity of my choice. Guess what I chose : ) Anyway, he said not all of em bring it up, so if you're doing a loan, which lots of people are right now, thought I'd mention it.
