    Go for it Kate!!

The worst that can happen is they tell you no, and who is going to do that????! Big Smile  Take plenty of post cards!

I am flying out to South Dakota in August, so maybe I will try it.  You let us know how it goes!!

Go for it, Kate!!!  I was nervous about it, too, but then I thought about how brave our troops have to be and figured I could handle TALKING to someone!!  :)  I was really glad that I did it, and the passengers seemed happy to have the opportunity to support the troops, too. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

    Re: Postcards on a Plane

Good luck Kate!  I have a couple of flights in Aug & Sept, but not sure I'm brave enough to do this as I usually get the grumpy flight attendants that make it very clear they'd rather be anywhere other than on your plane serving drinks.  I might just take the supplies and  see if I get Glenda the good flight attendant.  If I were flying Jet Blue, air tran, or Ted, I wouldn't hesitate at all, but not flying them.  Libral40, your statement about our brave troops does give me more courage.

This did give me an idea for a training class I'm attending in Sept.  The organization usually has a minimum of 200 students when they host their classes and I could get the teachers to hand out the cards to the students.
