Hi!  I gave my cards and notes to the soldiers to Vicki to send, because she has a lot of extra ones she is sharing and thought it would help fill a slightly bigger box. 
As I had e-mailed earlier, my 99 year old grandmother is going through an extremely traumatic adjustment moving up to Corona from San Diego and has ended up with several medical needs during this tough time.  About a million other things have all poured down at once, too ~ so I apologize about the delay.
I will double check with Vicki to see when she got the box out.  Hopefully it's on its way...

I would like to apologize to all the participants of this swap for holding it up. 

I finished my cards and picked up Kaylynn's and planned on mailing them a week ago Monday.  When I went to address the  box, I discovered that I had lost Deb's address.  I had put it in my contact list on yahoo, but I had duplicate addresses for her, so I deleted one and guess what, it was the one with the address in it, duh!    I could not win on this one.  I was going out of town on Tuesday with a girlfriend from high school to visit another.  I planned on taking the box and mailing it when I got the address, but of course I left without it.  I tried several fellow swappers to get the address before I left, but I was not having any luck.   I was also having a terrible time with my yahoo email.    Anyway, I heard from Deb yesterday and she had everything ready to go, so she went ahead and mailed the cards without mine and Kaylynn's.  Since they are made, I am going to send them for the next swap.  I am really sorry, I was ready to throw the computer, but I decided that it was better to calm down and regroup.

Don't worry about it, Vicki--snafus happen to all of us on occasion!!

I hope everyone will read my post on the "Tips for Hostesses" thread about the extra money it is costing Deb to mail us our cards back--she had to use flat rate boxes instead of envelopes, so it's an additional $4-5 for each package. Please consider reimbursing her for this added expense, as that's a lot of extra money for one person to be stuck with on our behalf.

Hi All

Hubby brought home the mail and there was a box, I wasn't expecting anything-but he handed it to me, and it was the cards! Yay! I am going to try to send them out before we leave to go to SD and Canada.  Very cute cards!!! I know my boys are going to love them, and will probably fight each other for them! They were hoping for some cards, but I didn't have any to go out with the last box I sent them, so I put some notebooks, pens and envelopes in there, with a note about these! I didn't think I would get them in time to send them before we go, so was going to put them in the next box, but they get an extra shipment this time!

 Hello everyone - I got my cards a couple of days ago but was too busy to get here to the forum and tell everyone thanks!  I glanced at them but still have them in sitting on my desk in the ziplock. I am planning on doing up a couple of care packages tomorrow and will attempt to get to the PO as well.
