Have not yet received my cards either but can hardly wait.  Not in today's mail so hopefully they will turn up on Monday.

Good news...cards arrived after all.  One of my neighbors saw the package and pulled it in for safekeeping.  Took a brief look and they are beautiful!  Thanks everyone!

 Hey guys, I got a really nice note from a gal that got my card out of Balt's package. She just happened to be from the local AF base too - so how cool is that!

I saw a posting today by Terry Whited about the cards from the swap.  How cool that she was able to reconnect with a couple of teachers through cards I received from the card swap and passed on to her.

My husband and I are the teachers that Terry mentioned. I received a letter from her a few weeks ago, and was SO excited! I had her as a freshman English student, and my husband Fred taught her how to drive in driver's ed.!   I sent her a package right away, and apparently she received it from what she said in today's post.  That's the greatest surprise I've gotten from a card swap so far! Thanks!!
