The heart shaped AS stickers work on glass, that's where I put mine.  No paint damage or fading should I ever choose to remove it.  :-)

I've used the ones from Walmart, never made one myself, but the ones from WM work fine.  They get a little gross after awhile, but for $4 I just toss it and get a new one.

Perhaps a better idea would be to send silk flowers, that green floral foam, and inexpensive pots so that the "flowers" are always in bloom.

In my experience our guys and gals pass the letters around anyway, I would think one copy to a contact is probably the best way to go.  Do make copies, and then send them to more than one contact.  Just my two cents worth...
