Okay... Deb you must share with us what the little surprises were. I'm new to the card swap and a bit nosy...lol ;) Did you get a hostess gift? I wish I would have thought of that!  I was very excited to be in the swap this year. I look forward to doing this again! Already planning and creating for the valentine swap.

 This is worrying me I mailed my cards out Saturday Nov 7th Priority mail. I sent you a PM Balt with the tracking and confirmation of delivery on Thurs. 12th. I hope you have them! They are the Polar Bears in snowglobes plus the check for mailing them back to me. :)

 I love the quilt! It was so exciting to show my friends and family the square I made in the finished quilt. I mentioned this forum and all the "Bees"! Lol! I can't wait to help out with another quilt! What's next?

 I had to make a mad dash at finishing my cards last Saturday evening. I ran out of ribbon on Friday evening had no clue if Hobby Lobby would still have the same ribbon. I crossed my T's and dotted my I's and to my surprise they had lots of my ribbon Saturday morning. I had to get them mailed out before leaving that Sunday morning ...

 I'm not exactly certain. I thought I read somewhere not to use glitter. But can't seem to find the page where I read details.

 are there any important things  like .. what not to put on cards that we should know?   #1 Glitter  I know that one.. anything else?
