Newbie here and I have a question.  A solider/squad has requested "water heaters for cup noodles/mac and cheese". Are these those electric immersion cup heaters?  Is so, anybody have a recommendation on a particular brand?  If it isn't these, then please help me to understand what they are requesting.  ...
