    I picked up some packets of "ice cream mix" for strawberry, etc. from WalMart. Instructions are to use 4 quarts of milk, only. Don't see why they can't use powdered milk reconstituted. Heck, after MRE's it's got to be better! Just in case, I'd stick with chocolate or strawberry...
